Noom Niamey Hotel, Niger

Noom Niamey Hotel in Niger, West Africa, approached Afro Exports Ltd with a request to install electronic locks on doors that had already been pre-cut for one of our competitor’s locking solutions.

Afro Exports Ltd specified and supplied the VingCard Classic RFID lock and successfully installed the Classic RFID lock solution in these pre-cut doors.

The Classic lock’s large style escutcheon plays a dual role in housing the lock’s components and hiding the legacy of a previous lock’s cutaway. This makes it the lock of choice for a retro fit on existing doors or doors that have already been pre-cut. A total of 170 Classic RFID locks were installed in the hotel’s 141 designer rooms, gourmet restaurant, bar, meeting rooms and gym.

Noom Niamey opened their 5-star hotel in 2019 marking its entry into Niamey, Niger in West Africa.

The successful installation of our VingCard lock has enabled us to sign other Noom projects for future installation. We look forward to a long collaboration with the Mangalis group.
