VISION

VISION is easy to install and use. It provides flexible access management control that is far more powerful than the fixed hierarchical structures of many other hotel lock systems.

VISION provides a full-featured system that will meet the operating needs of any hotel. You can control exactly who has access to every door on the property and when access is allowed. Lost keycards can be replaced or revoked with ease. Transactions at the door are recorded by time, date and user for audit purposes.

Utilizing a Windows® software platform, VISION can be interfaced with your existing PMS (Property Management System). With its full-featured and flexible control system you are able to choose from two different platforms: VISION Basic and VISION Advanced depending on the size and operational requirements of your property.

A dedicated handheld service terminal for use with VISION allows you to view the last 600 locking events from the entry log audit trail. This provides you with invaluable information on who has entered rooms and when they have entered. It can also be used to upload programs and to configure and manage VingCard locks.

VISION can be used with Signature, Classic and Alfa locks.

VISIONLINE

VisiOnline is the ideal online locking solution for the most demanding properties, providing total flexibility and efficiency in hotel operations due to real-time online connectivity. It is a wireless locking system allowing stand alone electronic locks to operate in online mode supported by a Zigbee high security wireless backbone. As the locks are connected to a VisiOnline server, there is no longer any need to walk to each lock to obtain lock audits, travel back to the front desk to re-encode keycards, cancel mastercards etc. VisiOnline therefore provides easy real-time remote management.

In addition to all the features of our traditional off-line system, the RF-online capabilities allow VisiOnline by VingCard to be so much MORE. These new features come in modular packages, allowing you to design the solution that best matches the requirements of your property. These features will provide you with enhanced efficiency, security and control.

VisiOnline may be selected with any lock from our lock portfolio.

VisiOnline is fully off-line operational in case of network breakdown.
