Heritage Motel consist of 50 rooms elegantly furnished with cozy ambiance, a top grade Conference Room with leading edge communications and presentation facilities. This makes it a Conference Venue that is a cut above the rest.
Known for providing an ideal atmosphere for international meetings, launches and press, the hotel wanted good quality electronic door locks, safes and minibars in each room that would offer a number of unique safety and operational features, yet remain exceptionally easy to operate and maintain. They asked Afro Exports to assist with the installation of 65 VingCard Classic Magstripe Locks, 69 Elsafe Sentinel Advanced SD41 safes and 55 EMS Minibars in November 2005, which they specifically chose.
Our technicians then began the installation of the lock, safe and minibar units followed by the setup of the Vision software system for which hotel staff received training.
A maintenance contract was agreed through which continuing support and regular service of all equipment has been provided since.

Share Information and Training: They provide on the spot training whether on call or on location. In the event that a problem arises and they are consulted, they are always ready to share information which is helpful in case the problem recurs when they are not around.
